Raising a Cat

Dear Readers, Do you know the benefits of keeping a cat? What is it like to keep a cat according to medical science and Islam?

So today we are going to tell you some of the benefits of keeping a cat at home that you will be amazed to know. Don't forget to share with them so that they too get a chance to know this valuable information. So let's start our topic.

Readers, as you all know, the cat is not considered halal in Islam, but it is considered a pure animal. There is nothing wrong with raising cats that do not belong to anyone.

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet MUHAMMAD (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A woman was tormented by a cat. When she was kept in captivity, she was given neither food nor water, nor was she released so that she could make a living by eating insects herself.

According to a scientific estimate, the cat was tamed or tamed by humans over a thousand years ago. The cat is one of the most common pets today. Cats were first trained to eat rats, probably because they were often raised where grain was stored, but later they were raised as pets and human friends.

Pet cats have long, or short hairs on their bodies, based on which their types and breeds are determined.

Tradition has it that if a cat eats some of the food or drinks some of the water, it does not become unclean and foul.

It has been narrated in a hadith that a woman sent food to Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) while she was praying and she left the food there. Then the cat came and ate it. Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqah after the prayer ate the food from the place where the cat had eaten and said that no doubt the Messenger of Allah Hazrat MUHAMMAD (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that this cat is not foul and unclean, but it is on you are coming and going

Hazrat Ayesha Siddique narrates that she saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performing ablution with the water leftover from the cat.

Readers, There is also another narration that Kabsha bint E Ka'b bin Malik who is the daughter-in-law of Abu Qatada (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that when Abu Qatada (may Allah be pleased with him) came to our house, I poured ablution water for him in a vessel. When the cat came and started drinking it, they tilted the vessel for him till he drank some water. I replied, "Yes." He said, "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'It is not foul and impure, but it is a thing that is going on around you.

As far as keeping cats in the house is concerned, the jurists say that cats can be kept in the house; there is no harm in doing so because the cat is neither Filthy nor unclean. Everyone knows that there is no harm in it. While it is beneficial to keep a cat in the house, it eats insects and rats that are born in the house.

Cats have been worshiped in the Near East since ancient times and Islam has adopted this tradition in its best way which is completely different from the religion given to cats in other religions. In some religions, the cat is considered unclean. In some religions, it is eaten as halal. On the one hand, Islam forbids them from eating meat and on the other hand, it has instructed them to be gentle and loving.

As the surname of a Companion was Hazrat Abu Huraira Historians differ on the name of the cat.

Some have written that his name was Abdul Shamas before he converted to Islam and after his conversion to Islam he was named Abdul Rehman. The reason for naming Abu Huraira is that he had a cat and he used to keep it with him so his nickname became Abu Huraira.

In fact, once Abu Huraira was passing through a street when he saw a cat clinging to a corner of the wall in the heat, so he picked it up and hid it in his sleeve to protect it from the heat.

Readers, these traditions prove that cats can be kept in the house. If anyone has a hobby, he should fulfill it, but his food and drink should be taken care of and he should not be given any pain and suffering.

One of the major benefits of keeping cats at home from a scientific point of view is that cats love the human touch and humans also enjoy it. According to experts, God has cured depression in cat touch. ۔ Her hair contains special bacteria that reduce depression in the human body. So putting a pet cat around and wrapping it around it will not only make your cat happy but also give you relief from depression will give.

According to experts, the average age of cats is 13 to 17 years, but most cats reach 20 years.

Two cats never whisper to each other, so whenever your cat meows, know that he is talking to you.

In addition, there is a general impression that cats maintain their balance with their mustaches, just as they often have the impression of animal horns, but experts say that this impression is completely wrong. The cat's mustache has nothing to do with its physical balance. Cats' whiskers actually act as sensors, detecting distances, spaces, and sizes of different objects, and alerting cats to them, even in the dark. According to the Readers' Report, the cat's mustache also estimates the size of the width of narrow spaces, rat burrows, etc. The Bucky detects the size of a burrow even in the dark if it is wide. If a cat wants to go to a narrow place, it has a mustache that tells it that it can go to that place and will not get stuck inside.

According to experts, the different conditions of a cat's mustache indicate its mood. And if the cat's mustache is stretched on both sides, it means the cat is in a defensive position, it is very angry or scared of something. And if the cat's mustache is outstretched, it means that the cat is in a state of curiosity, hunting for something, or in play mode.

A cat's mustache is a regular organ that acts as a sensor for it, so its mustache should never be cut.

It is not permissible according to Sharia to harm a cat in any way. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) showed kindness to the cat in spite of all its abominations.
